The Future of Medicine
Monday 14th April

While the development of technological and drug based medicine holds many benefits for humanity, Oliver argues that the greatest revolution in medicine will come from individuals learning to take care of their own health.

Oliver makes a powerful case for the possibilities of us becoming much more self-reliant in maintaining our health, preventing many of the serious illnesses facing us today and where possible using more natural forms of medicine to heal disease.  On a social level, the biggest revolution on healthcare will come from a full recognition of the affects of our daily food, emotions and lifestyle on our health and in the creation of disease. This has long been understood by traditional forms of medicine and now the weight of scientific research is coming to the same conclusion.

There are great advantages to learning greater self-reliance in taking care of our own health, as well as the obvious benefits of enjoying greater health and suffering less disease, this is empowering to individuals, families and communities, financially costs the individual and the nation very little money and has very little impact on the environment.

Preventing Cancer Naturally
Monday 28th April

We are living at a time when more than a third of the British population develop cancer in their lifetime and about a quarter of all people die from this disease.  This very high rate of cancer has not always been present and the rate of many cancers is very much lower in some other countries around the world. This suggests that the present high rates of cancer are not inevitable, and there is much that we can do to lower our chances of developing cancer in our lifetime.

Oliver will be presenting practical ways to increase your level of health and lower your changes of developing cancer through simple changes in your diet, lifestyle, emotions and life direction.

Oriental Diagnosis Key to Knowing Your Health
Monday 12th May

To be able to maintain good health and prevent many health problems, we need to have ways of assessing our current state of health. The traditional medicine of the Far East has developed many methods of health assessment, which are easily learnt by everyone.  These guide us as to the changes in diet and lifestyle, emotions and life direction that we need to make to improve our health.

Oliver will be presenting several easy methods of assessing your own health, showing you how you can improve your health NOW.
