FOOD, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT & GLOBAL WARMING
Wednesday January 13th 2010
There is more and more evidence from scientific studies as well as complementary medicine that the ideal diet for most humans is a plant-based diet, with small amounts of animal food. The present high fat, protein and sugar diet is a central cause of the rising levels of many illnesses. A plant-based diet is not only the healthiest, but is also the way to feed the most people with the ever rising population of the world today. Amazing – this is also the dietary pattern with the lowest carbon footprint! Find out how to transform your health, contribute to feeding the world, and eat with the smallest environmental impact all at the same time!
