This is a great course to begin with, introducing all
the basics of our approach to food and health including:
How to eat a balanced and health promoting diet.
- Assessing
the strengths and weaknesses in your health, and how
to strengthen the weak areas to increase health and
avoid illness.
- Personal
guidelines on the most beneficial changes in diet for
your individual health.
- Two
hands-on cooking classes preparing lots of delicious
new recipes.
- Get
away from short term health fads and find out about
a long-term strategy for improving your health.
- Dealing
with the emotions that commonly keep us stuck in old
eating patterns.
- How
to deal with strong food cravings.
