| The
Cooking Classes can be taken individually. They
are 'hands-on', with small groups preparing dishes
at their own work stations, within a purposely designed
kitchen. You will have the constant guidance of
the teacher and will receive handouts with recipes
and other information. Much of the cooking involves
preparing meals that are then eaten together.
All
cooking classes use natural, whole and where practicable,
organic foods, concentrating on vegetarian foods
like grains, vegetables, beans and pulses, fruits,
seeds and nuts and traditional seasonings, pickles
and condiments.
We
do not use meat, dairy foods or sugar in any classes.
Fish may be a part of certain classes, which will
be clearly stated. |
